The Michelin star chef will serve a limited number of guests a menu of his most popular dishes in Bellezza for a number of months.

Arturo Dalhuisen is one of the Netherlands’ most creative chefs. In recent years he has built up a great reputation. “I have already cooked in many different places. Often beautiful, prestigious restaurants such as the 3 star restaurant De Leest in Vaassen and The White Room in Amsterdam. But Bellezza restaurant is definitely a special place. The atmosphere of the warehouse, located in the heart of the Red Light District, the hidden courtyard on the Oudezijds Achterburgwal and the fantastic spaces of the restaurant inspire me to give the best of myself for a few months. In Bellezza, I present my most loved dishes and a number of new, exciting creations”.
